Meet the Crew

Jay and Eric first met teaching at Mt. Hood Community College, 15 years ago. Fate has reunited them to build solutions that matter.

Jay Dragon, Founder

Jay created rubyslist.org in 2024. He is a former web developer, community organizer, college instructor, homeschool dad, and hardened traveler. He prefers sleeping on the beach, obsessively playing chess on his phone, extreme life challenges, and Oxford commas.

Eric Richers, Chief Engagement Officer

Eric is a former deviant, developer, college instructor, drug counselor and corrections therapist. Currently, he runs his remote private practice from a Starlink - with frequent late-night geek sessions and wild road trips.
